Actually it HAS to be on both. If it's on just one of the platforms, fans of the other platform will revolt. PS3 owners for not getting their promised game and PS4 owners for not getting it on a current platform.

PS3 owners as well as X360 owners already years of entertainment playing games. Before PS4 and X1 launched the major thing people complained about was the length of last gen and doom to the industry. Now it's time for the media, gamers and devs themselves to grow a pair of balls like RockSteady and CD Projekt Red and develope exclusive games for this current gen only! Enough of the baby hand holding for the cheapos that didn't buy a PS3/X360 in the last 8-9 years or who don't want to upgrade. The new games will still be apart of the library when they finally do upgrade..

That's a great marketing move. Sony should use that as their motto. Also with a nice little "Fuck You PS3 owners" on the side.
