What is the greatest soundtrack in the history of gaming?

Those games simply wouldn't be classics they come to be without their soundtracks.

One of the (many) reasons I don't find Fallout 3 as good as first two is lack of that almost dripping feel of desperation, danger and death that 1 and 2 have due to mastery of Mark Morgan's music.
