Just because it sells better doesn't make it better. MP2's multiplayer was just an afterthought, if you honestly think Retro gave it a serious try you're deluding yourself. Metroid has always been about the singleplayer. And I'm glad, I hate online FPS.

And all Metroid Prime games are above 90% on Metacritic... Plus I'm sure Microsoft bought a lot of positive reviews to get high scores, we know Microsoft does this. So not really sure what you're talking about when you say it doesn't touch Halo lol.

Well your opinion is your own. All i'm saying is that critically and commerically it has been received better, doesn't matter if microsoft bought reviews because the trilogy got more game of the year awards than the metroid trilogy. The first metroid is a masterpiece, two and three aren't quite at those levels but are really good, while the entire halo trilogy stayed at a very high level throughout. Sure you could argue that single player and storywise metroid edges it but halo is the overall better product and that shouldn't be a debate.

Just because it's multiplayer doesn't make it better by default. ;)

If Halo wasn't an exclusive, it wouldn't get half the attention it's getting. And Like I said, all Metroid Prime games have a 90%+ rating.

Metroid would probably sell better if it wasn't exclusive. :p

Is Halo the better multiplayer game? Obviously. Is Metroid the better singleplayer game? I say yes, and by a longshot. So if you prefer multiplayer go with Halo. If you actually like to use your brain during a game, go for Metroid. ;) I think Metroid Prime 2 was the best by the way, people just whined because it was too hard for them.

Those couple difference in percentage don't mean Halo is better. Metacritic isn't exact science. Besides, there have been quite a few average Halo games (not the main ones), that brings the franchise down a lot. Metroid only has one bad apple.

And what about Halo's user scores on Metacritic? :) Clearly a lot of people don't agree with the so called "professional" reviewers.
