Seriously. Sales really aren't reflective of quality, even though I'm sure Watch Dogs is a much more massive game;
Don't own either but from screenshots, live streams and HD youtube videos Infamous looks absolutely jaw dropping, runs buttery smooth and has a nice color palette. Watch Dogs looks like it's being held back lol.
