amd is the problem, not the power of ur pc. a friend has weaker hardware, but he has an nvidia graphiccard. and the game runs fine.

The game itself is optimized pretty badly, so it affects all PC gamers to an extent (as i said, if your PC is strong enough you can still leave the PS4 version in the dust, you just need more power than usual to achieve it in many cases).

I have heard about AMD users having an especially bad time with it though, but i don't recall the reason.
