Thats all I have could be a remodel or some form of new hardware. No idea just its coming this year

3DS lite?

The way I see it, it can only be 3 things:

New 3DS model_ This seems the more likely as Nintendo removed the original from their site.

New Wii U model_ I could also see this one. A cheaper to manufacture console with a redesigned GamePad that, in conjunction with a "big" game, can give another boost to the sales of the console.

Nintendo's QoL_ I think this one may be to soon to launch. They announced it this February. Besides, if it's a new business, would they sell it in game stores?
