It would not be a big surprise that MS is doing all they can to have parity so the system can look on par with PS, they PR do all they can to make people buy into that bs, moneyhat for parity would be easy money for the publisher and could remain secret...
Or maybe they just code for xb1 first and port to ps4 without any effort to optimise.
