I think of the two, DR3 is the more likely candidate, though I don't think either will come to the PS4.
It is worth noting that the word "exclusive" isn't always iron clad unless it's a first party internally developed game or it's a game whose IP belongs to the console manufacturer. A lot of timed exclusive agreements mandate both parties to treat the game as a full exclusive when speaking about it in public until the agreed timeframe has past, primarily for marketing and PR purposes. That is why we do see games that initially were marketed as exclusives, accompanied with press releases that deny they would ever end up on other systems, but ultimately do appear on other platforms after a set time frame has past.
