Looks like I am only going to be doing the $20,000 jobs as my degree doesn't qualify me for anything better so it wasn't worth the time and money. In the UK they're trying to get 50% of young people to waste 3 years of their lives getting into huge debts at uni only to be in the same or worse position after graduation. It's a bloody con. They should recommend that we only go if we want to be a doctor, lawyer, architect, engineer, teacher, etc. In my county (sort of equivalent to state) the average HOUSEHOLD income is £18,000 and the average house price is £250,000. Guess I'm going to be living with my parents for a long time yet...
