Xbox are currently doing a social media campaign titled #MyFavoriteGame. Various Xbox employees are all making videos talking about their favourite games.  The tweet in the OP was related to the video posted, where an Xbox employee talks about how Zelda: Ocarina of Time is his favourite game.

I doubt we'll see any Nintendo X Microsoft titles anytime soon but I wouldn't be surprised if this ties into E3 and they announce an old fan favourite franchise getting revived.
