I don't get it...

Fat lady = launch 60Gb PS3. Which had full backwards compatible with the PS1 and PS2.

Yup have a PS4 and before it a 60GB launch PS3 (the one with the spiderman blu-ray movie and upgraded its HDD to 500GB; sold now), PS2 and PS2 slim, PS (never got the slim). And never for some reason bought any of sony's portables....actually I just realized that I have never owned a portable. Unless phones count.

Oh you can throw a gamecube, OGXB and a stupidly powerful PC into that list too (Pc is work related as I seem to hate playing games on a PC).

Jesus, that must have costed a lot! How much was it?

Well, it cost $599. Which was the launch price of the PS3. The Spiderman blu-ray was a bonus in I think the first 500k launch consoles. Or was it Casino Royale? Hmmmm... just realized that i can't remember which movie came with my console. Anyways, there was  a movie.

I used to buy more than one console in every generation, but after spending $600 for one console last gen? well lets just say that I kicked out that habit fast. Now I have even less of a reason to buy more than one console especially when you consider that both the PS4 and XBO have a paid online service now. No way in hell I wil be paying for 2 seperate online services. And the WiiU? I will take nintendo seriously again when they start to take themselves seriously. They were my childhood platform, practically grew up with nintendo, I gave them another shot with the GC, then they did the Wii, and now WiiU......ah well.
