It's mostly Xbox fanboys in denial. Watch Dogs was heavily advertised & marketed as a PS4 exclusive from the very start (just like many COD games were treated as 360 exclusives).

THAT'S why Watch Dogs did nothing for Xbox One while it did for PS4.
