Again three problem
1. The DRM hypocrisy and danger. Not only on the Kinect/DRM side but also Microsoft (first company to collaborate with NSA) side
2. The image: Xbox image still is lacking of Playstation coolness or Nintendo legacy.
3. At a higher price, it's not a even as powerful as PS4 and the console is bigger. Also there is no plan for backward compatibility but it's counter-balance with media capabilities which seems to be better on Xbox One.
