It might just happen next week, in my opinion. Watch Dogs is a success, but it won't be a phenomenal success. The hype is falling pretty fast, while MK8 turned out to be as good as expected.

You are right about MK8, but I'm not sure it will be enough. MK8 is bigger and will have better legs, but the Wii U got a tremendous 4x boost that will be hard to sustain. The PS4 can sell 110K without any boost, which is enough to beat a Wii U with a 2x boost from MK8 on week 2.

Could still happen, and anyway such long sellers is a great thing for the console.
