As if there is proof porting exclusive games to the PC hurts Xbox? I believe MS is supporting Windows with more games to discourage people from using SteamOS. Another example of why competition is good.
DR3 is poorly optimized. The game had frame drops even when little was on screen.

Then I guess pc version of quantum break, sunset overdrive and halo 5 wont hurt Xbox One.
