Naznatips is way out of the ball park. Somewhere across the street in a pub downing a few too many. Telling a few too many tall tales to the guy passed out in the seat next to him. He really needs to learn to think about what he is saying that is all there is to it.

Seriously we are talking about turn based games. One is using a third party engine, and both were heavily outsourced to reduce costs. These titles were cheaper by their nature, and by the development processes involved. You cannot compare them against a in house high end title with full environmental textures, high end physics engines, proprietary game engines, and all the costs that pile up along with them.

Frankly it would be amazing if these titles were made for more then fifteen million dollars a piece let alone thirty million a piece. What is supposedly driving up these development costs the cinematic work. Honestly Sony themselves did an entire CGI series ten years ago for less then ten million dollars. All the episodes of Roughnecks combined may have had four hundred minutes of footage. Frankly that is the level Lost Odyssey was at, and they only had forty five minutes of footage. So I am really hard pressed to find where they are supposedly spending such massive sums on these titles.

I even did Naznatips the courtesy of taking the time to look for where he might have gotten this bogus information. Simply put there is none he just made the numbers up, and I went through four search engines looking. The best I could find was the development process of how they made Lost Odyssey, and there were no financial statements.
