because they choose not to. Wii U is capable to run WW 1080p 60fps but they didnt probably due to short development time and the original was 30fps so yeah. i guess it makes sense.

Im curious about next week when they will probably unveil a new RE game and im pretty sure its going to be pre rendered

I'm sorry, but 30fps will never make sense. It has nothing to do with short dev time. If they wanted it to be 60fps, it would have been.

I doubt it with the next RE game.
