The last Horizon was 30fps, so i wouldnt get your hopes up.

And did everyhting right with that, as they handled the input delay specifically, as anyone can read at digital foundry. They were aware of the input delay problem. That's what made it different to many other racing games rendered in 30fps.

Im not saying 30fps is a bad thing, as long as a racing game as frame rate is consistent its fine by me for a racer, 60 is better but not vital.
