Umm...............you're welcome to your opinion and all, however:
1. PSX was not the first to have 3D graphics. In fact, there were games with 3D graphics back in the 1980s.
2. PSX was not the first CD-rom system. The Turbo CD, released as the Turbo Duo in NA, was technically the first home console to have it, and PCs were dabbling in it before that.
3. This last statement almost doesn't even deserve a response. Almost. For one thing, gaming doesn't NEED to be labelled as "for kids" or "for adults". People who are hung up on gaming "being for adults", I'm sorry, have some serious insecurities/maturity issues themselves. But for another thing, gaming was "for adults" just as much as it was "for kids", as far back as the 1970s. PLENTY of adults played Atari 2600. PLENTY of adults played early home computer games (in fact mostly adults did). And PLENTY of adults played arcade games. Hell, gaming was equally "for adults" even with the NES or Game Boy. So I'm sorry, but that was just a really silly statement.
The PS1 does have a "revolutionary" place in gaming history, but not for any of the reasons you listed.
