Don't know about you, but I like that they are giving away sports games, cause they are covering the genre for me for a couple of years, I don't need the newest roster every year. But admittedly I would much prefer FIFA 14 over PES 14. As for why on the PS3 and (I assume) not PS4 is because 2K would probably want way more money for 2K14 PS4 version!

I don't get why current gen versions of the same game are going for such high prices compared to the same game in 720p.  I mean of course if you remaster a game later you need compensation for that (plus it normally has the DLC and other extras included), but releasing a game at the same time where you clearly just upped the resolution clearly isn't costing you any more than a PC port.
