not sure what they could of bought up but i'm drawing large blanks on franchises i think they could afford (aka not GTA, KH3, FF, MG) that i could really care that much if MS bought. 

Left 4 Dead/Portal exclusive to Xbox One

i can't see valve doing that with their upcoming steam machines.  if anything they'll take those titles and make it exclusive to steam(machines).
