Yes, it is definitely the better of the two options. But it would neither be ironic or hypocritical for PS4 fans to be excited about a GT6. That would be a port not a cross gen developed game. That's the point I'm making.

Exactly, something more comaparable would be DC or GT7 being cross gen, but that wouldn't ever happen.
