I am also here to make a cross-gen comment!

I find that incredibly surprising. I don't think a racing game would sell legions of XB1 consoles, but it'd certainly move some.

This whole generation switch has been weird. Sony going balls-to-the-wall with PS3 games in the year PS4 released; and now MS keeping cross-gen going. They're not bad things, just surprising. Not what I'd expect.

The first Forza Horizon looked ace, so I'd imagine this will turn out great too. I'll keep a close eye on it. I'm planning on getting a 360 one day so I can play Tales of Vesperia, so I'd probably give one of these a try too.

Wonder what FPS they'll be targeting though. Maybe 30 on 360 / 60 on XB1?

That's a really interesting question. Were it purely an X1 game then i imagine 30fps would be the target due to it being an arcade racer rather than a sim (as was the case on the 360, 30fps for FH and 60fps for F4) but with a 360 version, aiming for 60fps on the X1 would make scaling the game down to the 360 a lot simpler.
