uhm the first graph only shows the notebook chips from AMD (Turion) and the second has AMD on top (less seconds = better), so why do you come to the conclusion "intel" ?

the intels are better right now (~5% in gaming performance - in encoding/decoding/other applications the AMDs are about at the same level or better than the intels), but I still like the AMDs better, for they use less power
if you plan to use a costly high performance graphics cards you should use an intel to maximize it's performance, but if you use a mid-range card the graphics performance should be virtually the same
