No way, we'd be more likely to see a WiiU port lmao.
Now I do expect a huge ps4 exclusive for 2014 release announced @ E3, but GtaV is not it. It would be too small a title to be worth it. The GTA fans already bought it, so maaaybe 1m would sell? TLOU is infinitely more valuable thanks to 360 players moving in droves to PS4 (hence a new title for them).
