I know, I know its not possible but lets just take a step back and analyze, out and out exclusivity is not possible, but a timed exclusive is. Why, you ask.. lets go few years back, Not sure which E3 it was but the megaton was GTA 4 had gone Multiplat and if I remember correctly Rockstar did offer Sony timed exclusivity for what PS2 did to GTA franchise and Rockstar itself, which sony being arrogant ignored and wanted a full exclusivity or new exclusive IP, hence LA Noir exclusive to PS3 was announced, but to sony's bad luck PS3 kept performing badly compared to 360, so even LA noir went Multiplat and other exclusive game being announced. Hint which game it was, rockstar just renewed its title.. the game we all know is mythical "The Agent".
So here is the deal rockstar could approach sony or other way around with the same deal they had with GTA 4 but now with GTA 5, and let The Agent go multiplat and Sony not being the same what it was back then would know it will be a major system seller going into holidays and as for Rockstar, GTA 5 on last gen platform has earned enought that they wont mind a year exclusivity also in turn would repay what PS2 did to their studio.
what do you people think.. crazy theory or a hint of possiblilty?
