I don't see dozens of games surpassed  it , unless GTA V and SMG 2 are dozens of games .

UC 2 is my game of the generation and it is a PERFECT game in my eyes , I like it more than both UC3 and TLOU combined

I think it deserves that rating 

 

The fact that GTA 4 is above GTA 5 invalidates this list.  GTA 4 is one of the most overrated games in the last few generations.  They took San Andreas, then took away 1/3 of the game, then change the scenery back to NYC.
