Good guesses. I'm curious about STEAM. Also, a second option for hand-cannon could be a Mega Man revival. The weird cameo could be a game character in a game you wouldn't expect. You nailed the Capcom reference, can't believe I couldn't put that together. It could be a port of an exclusive (Dead Rising another option), or it could be something like RE7 getting exclusivity - they have gone exclusive with RE before.
The COMB in COMBination of 6 more fighters intrigues me. I was thinking COMBO from killer instinct. It could reference other things, such as NFC or Pokken fighters or Smash, too. Maybe it's 6 of the W101 collectively as a Smash character?
