They hired people who worked on Skyrim and Fallout: New Vegas. So Gerrilla's talented developpers + these talented developers could totally make something great.
Future will tell, I guess. It might be an okay game with great core ideas but some flaws because of their lack of experience, or it might be a great achievement.
EDIT: actually I think they only hired the writer of New Vegas.
Just because you have an opinion doesn't mean you are necessarily right.
