I preordered it from Amazon back when D3 publishing had the rights to it.  Then Atlus got the rights, I messaged Amazon and they priced it back to $29.99 for the PS3 version.  Considering I got it back in 2013 for $30 and have already put 150 hours into it, I don't mind.  I'm more upset about the games I'm only slightly interested in then after I purchase them, they get put on PS+ a few weeks later.  Happened with both Tomb Raider and Hitman.  If it's a game I play on PS+ and I like the game, I'll purchase it for retail.  I like owning physical versions of my favorite games.  I've played Tomb Raider and didn't like it, so knowing it would have been on PS+ would have saved me wasting money on the game.
