Well, this is free market, if nvidia invested time on developing that tools, they don't should be obligate to share with all their competitors.
I understand the position of amd, but it has their good and bad thing attached to it too. Be open was what made amd hardware the parttern in the 8th gen hardware. Since nvidia don't allow custom hardware, everyone decided to go with amd to make their custom modifications.
Oh, well, i dont care much about this anyway, just happy that amd is more cheaper.
