Yeah, the sound and the image on those videos are totally original and not from some artist on nintendo at all.

Nintendo doesn't deserve any money via copyright even if their game is what's being played, because a video of a game in motion is not copying the game's code or assets. Remember that copyright is a government granted monopoly that is limited in scope, and not a natural right.
