Yeah, the sound and the image on those videos are totally original and not from some artist on nintendo at all.
I think its the rigth way. "But its free advertising!!" Not exactally. The demand for those kind of videos is big, some channels stated that the most of their view comes nintendo videos. In fact, there are some channels that i only subribed because they had nitnendo content there, not because I tough their work was good enough. In fact, i unsubscribed when they stoped making nintendo content. So, some channel problably only make money because of nintendo content, and nintendo is not exactacly benefit from LP from games that they don't sell anymore for some time now(like meele).
Remenber too, when the youtuber activate the ads on the video, youtube will tag the video as "game" and will put any kind of ads in it. In fact, some ads for PS4 and X1 can play on then. When nintendo claims the video, they don't get paid by google for the ads, what happen is that the ads on the video start to be only nintendo ones. So yeah, this is when start to be free advertising, good thing they are trying to change that.
