This "delays are good for games" needs to stop

Talk about hyperbole? Half finished? What games are HALF FINISHED? Every game could always use a patch, software can always be improved, that is hardly proof games are hafl finished.

That being said, with the emphasis on DLC these days, they might as well be half-finished.
