Threads like this are tricky. Perhaps something to look at might be future threads suggesting that people vote down the title they think mostly likely to get a bad meta, rather than just 'worst game' - which is inherently subjective, often based on console ownership etc.
It also controls a little bit for games that get bad news mid-poll, like The Order and its apparent delay.
