Overrated because it settles for ~25 FPS. For a game with such a big budget this is a gameplay joke.
Also AI is as dumb as always. (helicopters can spot you thru roofs etc) your A.I homies are completely retarded. This makes the game artificially hard
With better A.I and well 30+fps it woulb be almost perfect.
