Mass Effect, The Witcher, The Elder Scrolls, Fallout and Dragon Age are all pretty much confirmed to get a sequel. If one of those doesn't, I'd be extremely surprised.
And new ips will appear through the course of the generation, inevitably. Hell, even jrpgs should have a decent amount of quality games on this gen (better than in the 7th, that's what I'm expecting at least).
