Exactly. Nintendo isnt going to face Sony and Microsoft head to head because of Nintendo and no one else.

Nintendo don't need to face Sony or Microsoft.  They can just do a Nintendo Direct to show their games.  That's all Nintendo needs is to show off its games. After everything Sony is going through, is it unreasonable for someone to be surprise they're coming to E3.  It's the exclusive games that's going to win out and all three is coming to E3 to win.
