Why?  UC3 was finished in late 2011, assuming they took a short break this game started development at the start of 2012.  

With all the people that left ND or the project, the game might be going through a lot of changes.

It could be ready by 2015, we'll see.

ALL THE PEOPLE? what 3-4 people out of a big team of 200, one was just a voice actor and an artist? Hyperbole much?
