Which hyped game will be the biggest disappointment?

lol Drive Club is hyped? It gets downplayed at every turn.

I have a feeling the order will be disappointing for PS4 (as much as I want it to be a great game)
For xbone I think sunset overdrive will fall way short of its hype.
