IGN - Since we have nothing else on PS4 to compare it to yet, I'd say that Driveclub's 1080p, 30 frame-per-second graphics are roughly on par with Forza Motorsport 5's 1080p/60fps looks. I'd give the slight edge to Forza when making a mental comparison, but I'd have to put them side-by-side in order to really make a call. If the above is true (however one can asses true, I guess a technical comparison of what goes on in the graphics engine, in the vein of DigitalFoundry), either:
1. Xbox has more power than the PS4 or
2. It's easier to draw 60 FPS than 30FPS or
3. It's easier to be a launch title than an year old title or
4. The devs for fortza are much bettern than the devs for driveclub or
ammmm
