Not as soon as we'd all like. Xbone is barely more powerful than 360, so that makes it very easy to just make the 360 version and play basically the same copy on Xbone.
Just look at Titanfall. The 360 and Xbone version are exactly alike. Even uses the same textures. The only difference is 792p on Xbone, and 600p on 360.
As long as developers can get away with things like that they will keep doing it.
