They should have sacrificed some effects to atleast be close to 30... like cut down on the rain effects and the lighting and fire when kratos swings his blades.
I'm playing AC liberation right now and while the frame rate on that sucks as well, it looks better than god of war, is open world and most of the time has more characters on screen than god of war does.
I dont understand how a PS2 game cant even do 30fps on the vita.
