It is not exaggerating to say there have been battles of 500+ enemies on the screen and laying waste to them with a special move is something to behold. I mean, if they cut that number down to 5 characters I am sure the textures and models would be up to PS4 standards. I would vote for Madden NFL as it just felt so lazy compared to days on Dreamcast and PS2 when NFL games were graphic power houses. I think EA has grown complacent when you look at that and then MLB The Show 14. |
Oh no doubt DW8 is a blast to play. And on PS4 splitscreen co-op runs without a hitch with giant battles. It does look like a lazy port though, the main advantage is indeed the amount of characters on screen. I haven't played 8 on ps3, but a previous ps3 version looks barren in comparison, especially in splitscreen.
My vote still goes to Thief, drab brown with ps2 type assets mixed in.
