2. I believe it uninstalls the patches as well 
3. Seconds. In fact i havent noticed any install time on the PS4?? and I've played quite a few games.
4. No clue. But looking at comparison vids..it seems Xbox One takes minutes to install. In the extreme cases some games takes over an hour -_-
