Those same "anti-customer policies" apply to all software in PCs/Macs/tablet etc.

I'm pretty sure 99.9% of software on those devices doesn't require you to do an internet check in every 24 hrs.

And those devices dont allow you to buy and resell software in store nor do they allow you to transfer game license to other people. MS's plan was to release a digital only console, while appealing to retail stores. Not anti consumer as much as it was ambitious(stupid IMO, but ambitious).

OT:Its all semantics. Customers vote with their dollars, as well as MS probably listening to the many complaints/blogs/video bloggers that have no interest in Kinect.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
