Only insofar as they are a 3rd party publisher. If they made a console they would be no more competition with EA, Acti and 2K than Sony, Nintendo and MS are now. All their franchises would go exclusive clearing the multiplat field for the remaining 3rd parties.

But I don't think they should or will. They only have Ass Creed as a really successful franchise and there aren't enough huge fans of that franchise to be the base on which a console in built.
