The size of the world is irrelevent, as I said. The whole world isn't loaded completely all the time. It gets streamed, for both games, as you move around the city.
As for the rest of your post, the judge is still out on which one is more taxing and why. But one thing is for sure, one is a multi-platform game, while the other isn't. I would give you that one. But I think that what's actually going on here is that some people won't accept that a game can look better when it's on the console that competes against their cherished one...
Watchdog looked on par if not better than ISS when they first revealed it to the world in 2012. But the visual quality got lowered and it's now really not as impressive as what we've seen in Second Son. I'm hoping the PC version will look as close as possible as that reveal trailer. But so far, console versions look really not as promising as back then, where everything looked dynamic (including reflexion when it rains that doesn't seem to be any more present that it is in ISS, by the way).

So true Hynad. Very dissapointed in Watchdogs, some of the PS4 footage of the game literally looks like last gen. Considering how they first revealed it...its gone completely in the opposite direction. I guess your average consumer won't really know or care about all that...but its still a reality. I just wish companies would stop with the bullshot trailers.
