New: almost always Amazon. Sometimes Best Buy or Target, if I spot the rare deal, or at GameStop, if the bonus is too good to pass up.

Used: a mix between eBay, GameStop, Best Buy, and local used game stores. The latter are my favorite, because of the selection and staff.
