- Sony:
I'll take the PS4 as-is, for the most part. The Vita would have launched with Sony creating a couple of new studios just for dedicated Vita support. They would have reached out to popular children's IP holders to make quality kid's games, which would have made the Vita a slight success in the west.
-Valve:
Somehow, they would have been able to make gaming on Linux a huge success, punching a hole in the Windows monopoly. Linux would start gaining significant market share because of this.
